It is firmer than I like - am hoping the seat cushion will soften up a bit (I've had it for 4 days). There appears to be some kind of a brace or support running down the middle of the seat that causes you to slip off to the side a bit unless you're centered on it when sitting or reclining. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard. Had all kinds of issues with this couch. It was delivered late in separate deliveries. Once it finally all arrived the instruction manual was for a completely different couch build than the one I ordered. After configuring the modules the way they were shown in the picture I was advertised, I was delighted to discover one of the E modules on the ends does not have compatible connecting pieces to the center A module! I tried everything I could, replacing the hardware and switching the. pieces, but nothing worked.
