This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. Had all kinds of issues with this couch. It was delivered late in separate deliveries. Once it finally all arrived the instruction manual was for a completely different couch build than the one I ordered. After configuring the modules the way they were shown in the picture I was advertised, I was delighted to discover one of the E modules on the ends does not have compatible connecting pieces to the center A module! I tried everything I could, replacing the hardware and switching the. pieces, but nothing worked. I absolutely cannot say anything bad about this chair except that it doesn’t come in more colors. Before it was even fully unwrapped it started to come to life. Within minutes of being unwrapped, it was fully sturdy. This sturdiness does make it heavy, so lift with your legs. Couch came in a day and was exactly what we expected. We gave it around 8 hours to initially inflate and followed the simple instructions of punching it and fluffing it to stimulate it to inflate. From what I have read it takes up to 4 days to fully inflate but even a day in we are super happy with it. Soft enough to sit on for hours but firm enough to not sink. As for size, I am 6ft 3 and me and my girlfriend can easily both spread out on this thing so it’s a win in that regard.
