This faucet looks great and was very easy to assemble and install. The black and gold finish gives it a modern, high-end appearance, and it feels solid once installed. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the faucet sits quite high above the sink. While the tall design looks nice, it causes water to splash more than expected, especially when the water pressure is turned up. The beverage/spring water faucet is great - strong water flow. It keeps a bubble at the tip but it doesn't drip. I kept a cup under it and it kept dry with no leaks. The fan is a.little louder than my old one was, but ok. The package arrived safely(extremely well packed) and on time. The only problem we had was removing the knockout, the vent access.
