Delivery was very good, arrived early. The tub is unbelievable-21 inches high, lots of jets. It was installed 2 days ago. Waiting for the tub surround. I actually got paint chips to try to match the color, because as you know, there are many whites (the white of my tub is not the white of my toilet. I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model. The extra width and arm rests are not only more comfortable, but when I injured my leg -- the arm rests enable me to lower myself into the tub. This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. Tub has a great look and the gel coat finish seem good. However the manufacturing quality control is extremely poor. Overall length was 60.25 instead of 60 causing fit problem in the alcove. Front face was not square and had to be adjusted by cutting tub structure boards underneath and reattaching. 6 leveling pads not sufficient to provide a solid feel when in tub as it sounding like it was going to crack.
