Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! Beautiful, easy to install product that arrived undamaged, despite the long trek to Hawaii. Wayfair has AMAZING customer service, and they often deliver faster than their predicted arrival time. Unfortunately, at least for the moment, Wayfair does not seem to offer accessories for this product, which need to be ordered through the manufacturer, and the manufacturer sadly does not ship to Hawaii (requiring a shipping middleman --- do-able, but a royal pain, and an added expense).
