When the 3 were discovered as damaged, Wayfair replaced with another delivery. However the tiles showed up 1 month later. They could not offer expedite shipping. My bathroom renovation completion was delayed due to this. The delivery attempts were also delayed despite receiving email updates. Then they delivered to my neighbors house. Luckily since I noticed this immediately they were able to drive back and pick up and bring back to my house. 6 new tiles but 2 were damaged.
