Just recently moved into a new house and needed a decent sized couch to fill in a big space. This couch exceeded my expectations. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. There’s a few different orientations you can do and it fits perfectly in my living room this way. It is very comfortable, the seat and back cushions are plush and maintain their shape. The fabric is soft and textured so will hide any imperfections over time. It’s also easy to clean which I did not expect for having the beige color. I don’t care for the usb but the cupholders and storage are a nice addition. If you don’t like the look of it you could technically leave that piece out, it’s not attached to a seat. Absolutely love it! I was hesitant because of some reviews remarking about the back pillows being too thin or flimsy and how one customer added an extra pillow for extra filling. I purchased it and did exactly what the reviewer suggested and BOOM!! Couldn’t have come out any better, so adding an extra king pillow to each of the 3 back pillows is the magic and I also inserted smaller ones to the 2 armrest pillows. Came out beautifully and looks so nice in our flex room. The seat cushions are nice, firm but soft, the premium Chenille is gorgeous.
