I am shocked and delighted!! I had no idea what to expect, but I made dinner in my Lekue Steam Cooker. I sliced a potatoe, added olive oil and seasoning and a splash of water. Then I precooked it for 4 minutes. Then I placed a 4 oz frozen salmon fillet on top of the potatoes. Seasoned it and put it back in the microwave for 4 minutes. I checked it at 2.5 minutes and it was already done. Salmon was cooked perfectly...moist, full of flavor and literally falling apart. The potatoes were beautifully cooked as well. Definitely a great product for the money ... I got a sale price of around $100. I tried a friends rebounder that had the metal springs instead of the bungee version. I would definitely recommend the bungee version. I love the support bracket and the resistance bands for the arms. The based supports are threaded and everything is solidly built, so I am looking forward to many years of use.
