[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I try to help the environment and recycle whenever I can, however the sandwich bags don't get recycled, so I wash them can reuse them several times. But where to set them to dry has always been a problem in my small kitchen. Problem solved! This clothesline is a perfect fix. I set up the line over my sink, letting the water drip/run down the drain. The clothesline takes up little space, and will hold 10/12 sandwich bags.When I'm not using it, the wire line retracts back into the unit. I can hang up wet dish clothes and towels to dry too. Never again will I have bet bags sitting around again. And it is easy to install. Now I didn't use the screws included in the boxes I didn't want to put holes in the cupboards, I rent.
