This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. Have not installed yet but the item looks to be of great quality and the installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. According to the instruction, only one chroma light could be hooked a Mr. Steam generator. The product seems to be of good quality. However they need to review their packaging and delivery as the first one I ordered was all busted and scratched. I found 10 major issues with the product. See pictures Customer service was really excellent however. It is the only reason I give them stars. Within 2 days they had answered my claim and sent me another tool box. Unfortunately it also arrived scratched. Much less however (last 3 pictures). Still, it’s the second item that is dinged and scratched. It is usable but not as good as new. Very unfortunate.. Marc.
