The freezer is everything I was wanting it to be. But that being said, the delivery process was upsetting. I allowed a day if there was a delay. But no sooner had it shipped than I was told it would be delayed about 9 days and not to even worry about it until then. I tried to cancel the order. I shopped local and found a replacement. Found a team that would bring it here. I tried to track the freezer from Wayfair but there were no updates. I tried to get it returned from where ever it was, but no. Then I received notice it would arrive on the 11th, then the 12th, then the 11th again. Please dont' do this to other customers. Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price.
