Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. Having had great performance from Bosch ovens and dishwashers previously, we opted for a Bosch refrigerator for our new home. In general, performance has been good, and we appreciate the layout and features. Our one issue (which recurred just yesterday) is an occasional refusal to make ice. No warning, no sign of trouble until one notices that the tray sounds emptying, and finally a notification in the app that we have an "Empty ice tray." Not helpful at that point. Only solution seems to be removing power for a brief period to totally reboot the fridge. Important Review! Overall the drawer fridge is fine. Does and appears as described however unpon installation with the feet, the height is .5” taller than description. For under counter applications, this is critical. This needs to be corrected by the description or manufacturer. As you could see, it came in to play for my bar set up. It's a pretty fridge, but the ERR code won't go away after I replaced the H2O filter. I used a GE specific filter as suggested, tried shutting off power, reinstalled filter 3 x's. The tines are very close together so you are limited to smaller loads. Also the racks and roller wheels are not very smooth. They seem to catch at certain points.
