It is a very elegant kitchen faucet, the matte black color with matte gold makes it very exclusive. It comes very well packed and with care, it is tall and a little heavy that makes it impotent in the kitchen. Although I have not installed it because the truth to see it and have it in my hands requires a change in my kitchen so I will remodel it. I found absolutely nothing wrong with it and I dont think installing it either. I received my faucet within a few days, after ordering it, as all of my orders are received quickly. It has ben a challenge to find an available plumber for my installation. The faucet seems very well built, but the sprayer feels less sturdy. Time will tell how well it withstands, once the plumber comes in a couple of weeks. This is a very substantial piece of furniture. Weighs 175 lb and the delivery guys were awesome but I didn't make them take it all the way into my house as I live on a very steep hill and they were pushing it on a dolly. My girlfriend and I put this together in about an hour and it went together like a dream. The drawers come assembled which really helps a lot and it's very stable and sturdy. Beautiful piece of furniture lots of great storage. One tip on putting together. Do not tighten all the screws until you have it assembled. because of the metal it doesn't flex so if you leave yourself a little wiggle room you can get the shelves and line up the screws easier. This is a reasonable product IF you are handy - it comes with NO instructions - download the specifications for installation measurements -The soap dish is reversible IF you gently but firmly pull it out of the current holes and then evenly and gently and firmly push the posts into the second position holes. Note- there are no plugs for the holes that are not used- but they are a sealed unit so the water will not get into the bar. The screws and plugs for the wall installation they sent are itty bitty - We did find a better length and anchoring approach -in my own opinion- 1 inch of screw will not hold the weight that they profess can be held by this bar. The bar itself is solid and feels reliable - the brushed nickel is as described and the size is not 8 inches total - it is 18 inches total length - with approximately 8 inches for each segment of the grab bar- Keeney support was EXCELLENT to help me work through my questions. it will be important to keep the label on the packaging to get customer support for the correct item number..
