At first, I was very disappointed. Very minimal packaging meaning the dish set was not protected AT ALL!! We received 4 of these in the mail and they ended up going directly into storage. We waited 10 months before opening... our fault for not opening before. However, once we opened and discovered that there was 1 broken plate, I called customer service. To my surprise, customer service was AMAZING. They lady I dealt with was super helpful and even replaced the 1 salad plate the came broken. I am so happy with the customer service I received.
