This is a nice stable base that was well packaged (so much better than Build) and I’m happy with how well the dual flush tank works. No issues with needing to flush again or unclog anything. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shape doesn’t seem to encourage ‘streaking’. It may be that the water level is high enough inside the bowl or it could be that it’s new and clean...? The base rests on the outside edges AND some interior supports, so our not level floor would not let the base sit flush on the floor. Some plastic shims in the back resolved the issue.. Anonymous. The ECOPOWER faucet is ideal for high-traffic commercial spaces and provides an elegant water conservation solution. Powered by the force of running water, ECOPOWER hydro-turbines create an electrical current that is stored in rechargeable cells to power the Smart Sensor System of the faucet. The ECOPOWER faucet is highly efficient, replenishing power stores in as little as five uses daily. No external power source or battery replacement is necessary. The ECOPOWER 0.5 GPM 10 second on-demand controller uses only 0.08 gallons per cycle and is CEC and CALGreen compliant. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet. We had this system installed in our remodeled bathroom in September 2023. For the most part, it has worked beautifully and we've been ecstatic with it. However, it is not without issues. It has to be re-paired with Amazon Alexa every 3 months, unlike every other Alexa skill out there. Why? Who knows. Because Kohler says so, I guess. Lately it has been needing to be re-paired every 2 weeks (today was the 3rd time). Also today it said there's a firmware update, but when I go to update I get a message that the shower is offline and I need to check the wifi connection. How? There's no wifi settings on the shower setup or in the app, or in my Kohler account anywhere. There is an Advanced/Locked section of settings that requires a PIN on the in-shower control and I have no idea what the PIN is or how to find it; we didn't set it and we can't get into these settings. The shower and all its components is gorgeous and feels wonderful, but these tech issues are enough to drive you crazy, especially 18 months after install.. Cajunmeggle. Tennessee. Wed Feb 26 2025
