The product started rough with parts that didn’t align. But I got a replacement, and setup was easy. For the price, you're getting a lot of furniture that is really nice (in person). It's comfortable and is just what we were looking for. I had originally been deadset on Sunbrella, but this style was what I wanted so my thought is - I can use these cushion covers (which are nice) until they are no longer usable and can always swap them with Sunbrella - but at a fraction of the cost. I was furious that Fedex lost these for well over a week (4 big boxes!) and Wayfair offered me nothing for the trouble - but I won't take a star away from this item for that, it's not the items fault.. Beautiful patio furniture. I love how thick the cushions that came with the furniture. Easy to assemble, and I did it by myself. Only problem I encountered is the middle section of the backrest on the loveseat, the hole did not fully align. I followed the direction of not turning the screws tight until you've put all of them in and that didn't work. You can see as you're screwing the bolt that it's not straight. This is how far as it would go w/o stripping the head (I had to put the loveseat sideways so I can see it better). It took me probably longer screwing that one section twice as long as putting all the other furniture combined. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars.
