They look really nice I am happy with that. The cushions are not as thick and firm as I was hoping but still quite comfortable. The dividers within the pack of screws was torn so they were all mixed together. It took a while to sort all the parts but once I did assembly was pretty easy and straightforward. TERRIBLE chairs! I was most worried about the cushions but those ended up being the best part of the chair. Screw holes were misaligned with one unable to screw in all together. While trying to put it together I stripped the bolt next to it leaving the chair unable to be sat in. Customer service won’t issue a refund or replacement chair without shipping the broken one back. I cannot disassemble the chair because of the stripped bolt so they suggested I go out and buy a big moving box to return it. I’m not sure who has time for this nonsense but I certainly do not. Overall this is a great set and I’m pleased with the quality for the price. I’m only giving four stars because the back cushions are very lightweight and do not have any ties to attach them to the chair back and keep them upright. They are so light that they fall onto you even as you are sitting against them and it’s very annoying and slightly uncomfortable. This is an amazing set! They rock, swivel and super comfy. They look very high end too. The wood grain is very well done and love that they are made of sturdy metal.
