I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet. If you're looking for fine furniture made of hardwood, click away: this ain't it. It's flat-pack furniture made of something slightly harder than balsa. It's cheaply made and the accuracy of the predrilled holes is um... a valiant effort. But for the money it's a decent value for disposable furniture that I can get a few years out of, and hence the 4 stars. My use case: I needed a stand for my 3D printer. This is perfect and also the second one I have purchased for my Voron fleet. The drawer is perfect for small tools. The bottom shelf holds about 16 spools of filament.
