I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. But for the money it's a decent value for disposable furniture that I can get a few years out of, and hence the 4 stars. My use case: I needed a stand for my 3D printer. This is perfect and also the second one I have purchased for my Voron fleet. The drawer is perfect for small tools. The bottom shelf holds about 16 spools of filament. This is a truly beautiful piece, and it makes my office look much more professional. It feels sturdy and appears to be well made overall. There are, however, some minor scratches — a few are not very noticeable, but others are more visible. The finish on the edges of the wood could definitely use improvement, as it needs better coverage. Also, note that the back of the cabinet is not real wood — it’s a very light, thin material that feels more like paper. This might matter depending on where you plan to place it.
