It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there. This was a great buy. The instructions were very helpful, use the app as well. I am mechanically and electrically savvy and this took me 9 hours start to finish including electrical work. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. Love my new sauna seems to work well goes up to 140°. It takes me about 20 minutes to warm it up.
