After the level of customer service I received from Moen with new bathroom fixtures, I only buy Moen. I needed a new "backwards" sink for a remodeled kitchen and wanted a large deep sink for stock pots and extra large skillets that don't go in a dishwasher. It had to fit in a small area. I am very disappointed with the lack of information on replacing the filters on the ro ispring tankless 800 gpd. there is not one video anywhere that shows a step by step video of how to.
