Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek. Moen put a giant sticker on the side of the sink that everyone sees. I removed it & removed all the sticky residue but you can still see a square outline on the sink where the sticker was. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application.
