Some of the louvers arrived with minor factory paint scratches. I reached out to Mirador for touch-up paint, but they don’t offer any. I absolutely love this storage container. It looks so expensive and well made. It has wheels which was a requirement for me. It opens and closes nicely with an air spring that makes it a soft close and soft open. It has an amazing amount of space inside that feels pretty protected from the elements. It took me a bit to put it together but wasn't complicated. The instructions are decent although I did mess up a few times. Probably user error thinking I knew what I was doing. It comes packed so well that many of the pieces are screwed together so you don't lose them or the screws, but you have to unscrew them to put it back together and that's what it took me a bit to realize. It's sturdy and well designed in it's structure. Highly recommend. I know it's metal and not plastic or resin so people were worried it may rust, but I'm not as worried. This beautiful and realistic-looking expandable hedge completely changed the view from my kitchen window! I am so happy that I am buying a second one for my upstairs balcony. For a larger area, this is so much easier than buying small squares separately and attaching them all. That being said, you do need something to attach the zip ties (which are included) around the bamboo backing to hold this up. If you aren't attaching to a railing with supports, and you're attaching to wood, you could use hand screw-in eyes or even open cup hooks to support this. This took me all of 5 minutes, and it felt secure with only 4 zip ties, but I ended up using a few more because they include 10. For my large area, I needed to expand it all the way out, so if you don't need to go this wide, it will look even fuller. This is heavy-duty and looks very realistic with the bamboo branches and different shades of green. There are both curled and flat leaves.
