So far it's a great cutting board. Definitely have to follow the care recommendations for the initial oiling and seasoning for the first week or so. Very poor packaging for a 600 dollar - literally arrived in a box with no inner padding so some of the outer edges are a bit beat up, hence the 4 stars.
