The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement. The two doors have different opacity in the frosting with the permanent one frosted and the roller door more see through. The black lines are not metal lining as we expected but instead black paint inside the glass. Installation is incredibly difficult and took our experienced contractor over 5 hours and continual frustration. Overall, it is an OK door for the price but left a lot to be desired.. Frosty323. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me.
