The concept for our new series of Jaxx Denim Bean Bags, we were inspired by the thought of making a bean bag out of regionally manufactured raw materials. We weren't sure if we could accomplish it, but after a bit of research, we found an amazing company called Cone Denim. As it turns out, they are the last remaining manufacturer of traditional denim in the United States. Located up in Greensboro, NC, we had exactly what we were looking for. To top it off, we wanted a classic metal jean zipper. As it turns out, the zipper on this bean bag is made just down the road from us in Macon, GA. With all the pieces of the puzzle in place, we churned out a collection of 4 special edition bean bags. So go ahead, have a seat on our fun project.

This chair is HUGE! I thought this was going to be a kids size bean bag chair, it’s big. Both of my granddaughters can sit in this chair. It’s very soft but heavy. It’s not the old school bean bag chair which were light and fluffy. It feels similar to pieces of memory foam. Took two of us to get it upstairs in a room. I like it but definitely takes up space.
