A piece (uneven wooden bar) at base of bookshelf was broken, no instructions were given (their function was unclear, if they were supposed to be legs they would have scratched my floors, it was unfinished plywood). These were expensive and should at least include a sheet with something written in them. I Ended up taking these pieces off with a hammer. The shelves inside of the bookcases were loose inside and moving around during shipment. This scratched some areas of the wood. Hidden areas ( back of shelves and underside of unit) are unfinished. There was fine sawdust, so the whole unit has to be wiped. Other than that it's a sturdy well made unit. I wouldn't say it's solid wood, however it's a good quality plywood. Delivery was a mess. I wasn't sure when it was going to show up as all the updates for Delivery weren't correct. The shower doors are amazing! They glide smooth and are very well packaged. Ella’s Royal is vacuum formed from a solid, long-lasting acrylic sheet. Under the shell is a stainless steel frame reinforced with multiple fiberglass mesh and gelcoat layers. The Royal’s main feature is the U-shape door made from custom brushed stainless steel with a frosted tempered glass window to give the bathtub a contemporary look. The door swings into the bathtub to give bathers more interior space as they enter/exit. Size: 31.75 in. x 52.25 in. x 38 in. (fits standard 60 in. opening with extension panel). The 5-Piece fast-fill (18GPM based on plumbing conditions) faucet has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower. The Royal also comes with Ella's Dual Drain Technology- the fastest gravity driven drain in the industry. It consists of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, an intensity dial, and strategically positioned hydro jets for a targeted, effective massage. The Royal has 16 hydro jets: 10 upper, fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips and thighs; and 6 lower, adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
