I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. Overall this is a very nicely built unit. Heavy duty, all metal construction in the body, spring, and sprayer handle. The on-off handle is easy to use and adjust, and operates smoothly. The hardware and hoses included seem to be nice quality, although I hate when companies use metric on one end (the faucet end) and SAE on the other end (the water line hookup). My only critiques are the following: The sprayer button was NOT intuitive and while it appears to push IN, flicks up/down to change between sprayer modes. The other is that the spring is extremely stiff and therefore doesn't allow the nozzle to go much lower than the holder. The image of the brushed stainless makes the faucet appear much darker than it really is. The photo I posted is of the brushed finish in an IKEA DOMSJO double basin sink. You will also notice the handle is at a 45° angle. I had to install this way because at full-cold the handle hit my backsplash. UPDATE: CasaInc did send us a replacement flange, and the shower is now working perfectly. It's absolutely great - always the right temp (as long as you remember to push all the buttons before getting into the water to clear cold water in the lines from the last shower), easy to adjust the body sprayers aim, and the waterfall option is wonderful for rinsing hair. Only one star due to initial issues getting the missing part. When our plumber did install it, we discovered that we are missing the flange that goes between the shower head and the wall. We've been trying to get a piece from the manufacturer for almost a month now as we were outside the 30 day Wayfair window for missing parts and feel like we are getting the run around. My husband is probably going to end up having to make the metal piece himself, which fortunately he can do, but purchase with caution and make sure to check all the parts as soon as you receive it even if you are installing it later.. The rain showerhead doesn't have a ton of pressure but I wasn't it expecting to, it's still super relaxing. The wand is great for more pressure to wash my hair. We have a pretty big oversized walk in shower and I love that the wand is adjustable on the bar, I can lower it to wash my dog and the hose to long enough to reach the whole shower to wash it. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This fridge gets beverages super cold, however, as the other reviewer mentioned, the shelves are very difficult to pull out. You have to use a good bit of force and when it breaks loose all the drinks fall over and you have to set them back up every time. This is the case for all the shelves, since the day we got it..
