This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. A one-step formula that cleans, shines and protects in a one-time and labor-saving step. This product is safe to use on Forbo Marmoleum products. It is also non-toxic, bio-degradable, and has no harsh chemicals.

This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. The power on the Fotile range hood is excellent. For most cooking, I stay on the first 2 out of 3 fan settings. For high smoke activities such as seasoning a wok or searing steak, the 3rd settings is more than enough to suck up all the fumes. The fan speeds are all pretty quiet. The recirculation kits performs multi-stage filtration and removes the odor from the gas and smoke that is sucked into the range hood, which removes harmful components and pollutants in the smoke, and effectively solves the problem of using range hoods in houses where the range hood cannot be exhausted. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply!
