My only complaint is that sometimes I hit the drain with my bottom and it pops up very easily! Good for a laugh when that happens!!! So glad I went with Vintage Tub and Bath for this purchase! Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Received communication from customer service that the first tub I ordered was too badly damaged during shipping to be delivered. Ordered replacement product which took less time to receive than the first order. I wish the product would have been made in the USA, but that was my bad for not paying attention.
