Nice size for my small laundry room. I like the color and size. The temperature is perfect in that it freezes but doesn’t over freezes. I haven’t had to thaw yet but I see that it has a water plug to conveniently run water out when thawing. The temperature dial on bottom is nice so that if kids play with adjustments I am able to see change but I chose to cover with a piece of tape so that they aren’t able to operate dial easily.. Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. AND is keeping 200 for “return” delivery after I PAID EXTRA for in store delivery and the delivery driver refused to bring it inside. Save yourself a headache and save your money!. Anonymous.
