We love our new couch. We wanted something bigger then the couch we already owned and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. We have two dogs and a cat and we all fit on it with space for more. The two ottomans that come with it have some nice storage for dog toys and some blankets. You do have to fluff up the cushions and the back pillows every one in a while but nothing too serious. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. Love love love this couch! Its sooo comfortable and a great size! I was a bit skeptical about what the quality would be as I have bought couches from Wayfair before that weren't the best but this couch is great! I love that i was able to arrange it in the way that works best for my narrow living room, I also love that there is velcro for the cushions to keep them in place as it is very annoying when cushions don't stay put. It was also pretty simple to put together. Couch came in earlier than anticipated. We were a little nervous about the sized but it fits perfectly. Easy to assemble. Only things we want to note is 1) as you can see in one of our pictures, one of the legs on the ottoman have a skewed floor protector blocking half the hole for a screw so we assembled that on leg with out a screw (which didn’t seem to impact the rest of the set up) 2) the left arm rest module seems to be warped as is wobbles a bit (nothing a little cardboard can’t fix).
