I must say, I was extremely skeptical about getting a couch I'm unable to sit on first. I hate firm sofas, so when I saw in the description that it was "cloud soft", I took a chance. This sofa is for sure very soft and comfortable. The entire thing came shipped in 2 boxes which was also impressive, and assembly for the most part was pretty simple. The hardest part was just connecting all of the sections together. The wood is a bit frail and cheap on it though so it's very lightweight, but the comfort definitely makes up for it. I had one issue where on the second day, we went to sit down and had our hand on the arm rest for support as we were sitting and ended up breaking the armrest. the screws ripped right out of the wood. They have an email address to reach out on in the instructions book, so I emailed and they got right back to me with great customer service and shipped me replacement parts right away! The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. Ordered this back in May and it has been great for the past 6 months. No tears, rips or flattening of the cushions. It came in three or four boxes, but essentially comes apart in the middle for moving around and assembly. This fits our apartment well and we love the adjustable ottoman, which creates extra L-shaped seating when needed. The couch is long enough for a 6’3” person to sleep on which was super comfy.
