[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I did not give this espresso machine five stars because iy was a bit challenging to use, once we figured out how to use, we made espresso and cappuccino, espresso was fine but when hsing it for the cappuccino, the milk did not come out very foamy, and it only lets you poor a little but of milk, wish we can change this for people that like their cappuccinos much lighter, other than that it is a very nice looking product.. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable. Wayfair was awesome and immediately sent me a new one, which showed up with dents in the exact same places!! However, this one is still usable, so I am just dealing with it.
