This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min. This shower base is gorgeous and sturdy and wonderful! It looks great, has a great feel underfoot, and drains well. Our shipping experience was not great. The first one we received was delivered in a box that had been through some things. It was left for us without a signature because they knew we would have refused it! Wayfair made it right though. They sent us another one and arranged for the first one to be picked up from our home. The damage was to the support rings underneath, shown in one of the photos above. It did delay our remodel by a week, which was frustrating. But the Anzzi Colossi shower base is an excellent product, and we are glad we chose it!. Andrea. VA. Sat Jan 10 2026
