Well as much as I love this gazebo I wanted to be transparent on how many pieces this thing actually is. Took about two hours to unbox and unwrap the entire thing. I will say it was thoroughly packages which I really appreciate but every single thing was wrapped individually. We have a previous gazebo from wayfair that was a little smaller in size but took us about 3 hours total to put it together. We are on day 4 and still do not have it up completely. I do love it and how its looking and will post the finished once its all up but I recommend making sure you have enough hands to help or you prepare the prep of opening everything first. We bought 2. This picture is before we added the screen and curtain. We love them. My husband did put this together by himself, but don't recommend it. We placed them on square pavers and anchored them in concrete. It’s a beautiful gazebo once it’s set up. Our family friend who’s a contractor put it up for us in a day. It’s solid and mounted to our wood deck. The curtains are an added bonus although they occasionally loosen after tying. There’s an indie hook at the top of the ceiling that can be used to hang a light fixture. Theirs is also a zippered area at the top of the ceiling designed to keep debris on the roof from falling below on the inside of the gazebo. We also strung lights on the inside. I never write anything. BUT, I have to on this one.... I purchase many items that need to be put together and (this is my second gazebo purchase) I must say this Purpleleaf Gazebo exceeded all my expectations. Everything was lettered and numbered. The directions were easy to read. Screws and hardware were labeled. Honestly, I don't think i have had so much success in putting together a large project like this before. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Steps 1 you can do with one person. Step 2 you need 2 people helping you. Step 3 get 3-4 people helping with the roof. Suggesting...screw as you go or they can slip off. This product was great.
