This was simple to install. They try to make it easy to install by yourself but I required help lifting this up the ladder from my husband. I had difficulty placing all the items in screw it all up so you have to find the perfect positioning to make it work. We really like that it comes with a remote. We also had to change out our dimmer to a regular switch because it’s messes with light and makes it flicker but that’s what the remote is for. One thing I’m not so sure about is the LED. The fan is beautiful and the crystal accents are a great add. The hook at the bottom of the light lit was broken off so I wasn’t able to add the crystal ball accent at the bottom. The 172mm x 20mm Motor will provide the quiet power you need. This fan comes complete with a pull chain (3 speeds forward and reverse) and one 4 inch downrod. It is low ceiling adaptable.

Fan is very nice looking, sturdy. 2 small issues, the fan came with no assembly instructions which I was able to find on line, there was also some sliver cable attached with the wires and I have no idea what that was for. We have 10’ ceilings in our home so I looked for a fan that would push enough air during the hotter months. What attracted me to this fan is the 13” pitch on the blades. We live in the low desert and the heat during summer can be relentless, reaching highs of 120 degrees. I bought this fan for my office which is appx. 15x20 and it’s the perfect size. Air movement fills each corner of the room on a low speed. This fan and thermal blackout curtains are sure to keep us cool in the summertime. The fan is a Hunter fan. Need I say more High quality, sturdy, easy to assemble and silent is what you get with this fan. I’m a person who enjoys the sound of the fan at night. It puts me to sleep. This fan is truly very quiet but I don’t mind. We ordered the fresh white. The other side of the blade is a light oak. Pretty but didn’t match our decor so we stuck with the white blades. The fan comes with a switch kit for the wall so you can change your switch to accommodate the three speeds that the fan offers as well as enjoy the adjustable dismantle lighting.. Pamela.
