Package came damaged but all pieces were undamaged and none were missing. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Minimal assembly required and very quick to put together. We have the bike on carpet and it is still very sturdy but would be better on a hard surface. It works well. For another $.02 they could have been able to lock the measuring pins so that they do not move when trying to tighten them. I drilled a hole in each clip that holds the measuring pins and added a screw that locks the pin holder tight to the stand. That way I can tighten without it moving on me.
