This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up. It looks good in the photos, but far from what was espected. Even though the instructions are fairly good and the packaging was excellent, the time to assemble for 2 people is no where near 6-8 hours. The time to assemble is 2 to 3 times that. ihad to throw out all the roofing screws because they would strip out or would have come loose in the wind. I replaces with full thread roofing screws. The hup roof is designed with two j channels back to back that leaves an opening of about 1/2 inch for water to get in, I ended up filling with silicon. Will never do business with Wayfair or Angie’s list again I thought I was buying a premium service to come out and install the pergola professionally upon installing the pergola immediately it started leaking water when it rained I notified the individuals that came out. They informed me that the product was cheap and vulnerable to leaking. when I made Angie’s list aware of this, they told me they would send someone else out to take a look after a week. No one showed up called again to find out that my appointment was pushed out because nobody picked up the order with no notice to me at all so I missed another day of work for this fiasco.
