This was the most well packaged and clearly marked build I have ever bought. Someone has OCD because it was ON POINT!! Directions were very easy to follow, and all the holes lined up. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. Will never do business with Wayfair or Angie’s list again I thought I was buying a premium service to come out and install the pergola professionally upon installing the pergola immediately it started leaking water when it rained I notified the individuals that came out. They informed me that the product was cheap and vulnerable to leaking. when I made Angie’s list aware of this, they told me they would send someone else out to take a look after a week. No one showed up called again to find out that my appointment was pushed out because nobody picked up the order with no notice to me at all so I missed another day of work for this fiasco.
