I gave this four stars because it arrived in a smashed box and the mount and arm were not attached. It took a while to put them together. For the most part I like these pieces. The only problem I am having is getting the charger to work. Also I haven't figured out how to activate the biometric lock for the top drawer. This gun safe was packaged well. The instructions left out a few steps but it was fairly simple to put together on my own. It’s a nice small locking gun safe. This is good to store guns in so that no one accesses them but it is not a heavy duty protective gun safe that would keep an intruder from breaking into nor fire safe.
