These are a very beautiful salt and pepper cellars, but I'm going to use them when I serve a mediterranean antipasto with olives, to store the pits after eating the olives at the table. I like my ice maker that makes nugget-ice. Two bottles of water makes about half gal. of ice. I keep it in my freezer untill needed. The nugget size ice is very easy to handle when putting in glasses. Was more than what I wanted to pay, but it works very well and hope it last for a long while.
