The product looks fine after unpacking, however the instructions for assembly are confusing in my opinion and the diagrams are not done well. I have not assembled it yet, and will look to find something perhaps on youtube for the product assembly. If you are installing the hardware on a concrete wall, please send Homacer a message asking for bolts specifically for concrete walls. The hardware package only has lag bolts for wooden walls or drywall. Homacer sliding barn door hardware kit is compatible with door thickness. If you have a thinner or thicker door, please contact Homacer for the correct length of the hex bolts of the hangers, or you can get them from your local hardware store. Please also notify Homacer to put spacer extensions in the package if you have thicker doors. The spacer extension will extend the track further from the wall to fit the thicker door. If you have a door trim, you’d better put a header board that is as thick as the trim and then attach the hardware to the header board. From the top of the door to the ceiling, you need to have clearance for u-shaped bracket bypass hardware. All tracks that are undercoming in one piece. All tracks that are above are connected by two tracks using a junction plate.
