I bought 4 systems for my master closet. Two with doors and drawers and two with open shelves and drawers. I love the quality of the product. Instruction booklets are thorough but the videos are outstanding really helpful. I designed my own configuration. There are 6’ double hanging racks on a wall that isn’t pictured. I have 8 and 10” drawers on each tower. The drawers are nice and roomy. You need to read the product description carefully to know exactly what you are getting. Four stars for the unit, but 2 stars for Angi. This unit seems to be very well made. It seems very sturdy and the pieces are quite heavy. I bought this in chestnut and I like the color. I would advise anyone considering the professional assembly to truly understand the complexity of the installation if it needs to be cut to size. Angi grossly underestimated the amount of time involved. The tradesman has to cut the wooden shelves and the metal bars to fit. All the drawers need to be assembled, and the glides attached. The entire unit needs to be attached to studs (preferably) and/or anchored into the wall. And of course it needs to be leveled. I was allotted two hours to complete the job, which is ridiculous. When I contacted Wayfair, they did reschedule Angi to finish the job, but what a fiasco. You will save a huge amount by doing this, but it was very inconvenient to say the least.. Karen. MD. Instruction very clear (words not just drawings). Wood is solid pine so can ding easily during installation if not careful. If you take your time with the installation, you’ll be very happy with quality. The quality of this closet system is absolutely worth the purchase. It is difficult and time-consuming to install and the drawers close fine, but not super smooth/easy. Looks great! The one downside to this product is the drawers. Some of the drawers are a little hard to open/close. Also, the soft close feature only works on a few drawers. Wash small loads that can’t wait or specialty care for delicates. It’s hand wash care, now hands-free. Special cycles for Intimates, Hand Wash and Active Wear ensure proper fabric care and thorough cleaning for all items. Use the LG SideKick on its own or at the same time as the front load washer above to save time. Each washer operates independently, so you can wash one load in hot and one in cold at the same time. Start or stop a cycle or open the door on either washer without interrupting the other.

I do like the sidekick pedestal washer for small loads and when I spill on an article of clothing that I want to wash immediately. So far I have been using it to wash my husband’s caps and smaller loads that I do not want mixing in with everything else. It has been perfect for that. I like that I can run it at the same time as the main washer. It saves time, especially during busy weeks. The caps come out clean and still keep their shape, which was always a concern before. I have also tossed in delicates and everything has come out fresh. It is simple to use and feels sturdy. I honestly did not think we needed it at first, but now I am glad we have it.
