I opted to set this couch up with the L shape vs the U shape. The U shape isn’t coffee table friendly. The only thing I’ll say is the two square pieces that create the U shape they slide when you sit or lay across them. so you have to put a carpet under it to keep it in place Thats really the only negative I have to say. The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying.
