The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. In terms of the product's longevity, we can’t tell after three days but it looks well built and we hope the sofa will continue to hold together in the long-run. It’s very comfortable.. An. The cushions are incredibly comfortable, the foam is dense and firm! The back cushions are not as firm but still great, especially for the price! This couch is pretty great! It comes in 7 boxes which are all pretty heavy - one was 116lbs. Assembly was easy - definitely listen to the instructions when they say to put the back cushions on first. I immediately noticed that many of the cushion covers were stained either with black marks or makeup - the worst one is pictured. The manufacturer was very quick ant responding to the issue and is going to send replacement covers. The bottom cushions are firm, but the back cushions are slightly softer. Given the light color, the couch is already showing dirty spots which I knew that would happen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were shocked when this couch arrived in two average sized boxes, and quite amazed at how huge it was once it started expanding out of the boxes! It seats three adults comfortably side-by-side, although the back is just a little low, so you end up almost reclining. The cup holders pop out easily, but hold drinks well, and the arms of the couch are also firm enough to balance a cup of coffee. The fabric is soooo soft and plush! This would be a great bed for overnight guests, sleeping two adults comfortably, or as a handy extra bed for kids sleepovers! The couch is comfortable. The color is pretty spot on to the pictures. The material is nice and soft. The assembly took us about 2 12 hours. We thought we would be able change the layout of the couch like the longer side being on he left hand side instead of the right but the couch doesn’t allow that if anyone was wondering if that was a possibility. Also if anyone was wondering, it came in 3 separate boxes that were quite heavy and did take some work to move but it was worth it. Overall I love the couch and am happy with the purchase.. I’m really happy with this couch so far. The color is beautiful in person! Its a soft, muted green that feels cozy earthy without being too dark. The corduroy texture gives it a really nice, unique look makes the room feel warm and inviting. The material is also very soft. It’s very comfortable for lounging there is plenty of space to stretch out (theres more than enough room for 3 people to sit comfortably). It works well in my smaller living room without feeling too overwhelming, which was something I was worried about. The cushions are soft but still supportive, and the overall look feels much more expensive than the price. I saw some comments saying they added filling in the pillows, but with my added throw pillows, I dont feel the need to. It was also a big hit with my pets immediately, and so far, pet hair is pretty much unnoticeable. Overall, I’m really glad I chose this couch would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something cozy, stylish, and a little different from a basic neutral sofa. It’s very comfortable for lounging, and I love that the chaisesectional style gives plenty of space to stretch out.
