This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. Like sofa, it replaced a large, bulky sofa that blocked too much window & my legs didn't touch the floor when sitting on it. This new sofa is perfect for my space. Easy to put together with understandable instructions. I will say this sofa is not ideal for tall people over 6 ft. since it sits low. I’m really happy with this couch so far. The color is beautiful in person! Its a soft, muted green that feels cozy earthy without being too dark. The corduroy texture gives it a really nice, unique look makes the room feel warm and inviting. The material is also very soft. It’s very comfortable for lounging there is plenty of space to stretch out (theres more than enough room for 3 people to sit comfortably). It works well in my smaller living room without feeling too overwhelming, which was something I was worried about. The cushions are soft but still supportive, and the overall look feels much more expensive than the price. I saw some comments saying they added filling in the pillows, but with my added throw pillows, I dont feel the need to. It was also a big hit with my pets immediately, and so far, pet hair is pretty much unnoticeable. Overall, I’m really glad I chose this couch would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something cozy, stylish, and a little different from a basic neutral sofa. It’s very comfortable for lounging, and I love that the chaisesectional style gives plenty of space to stretch out. It works well in my smaller living room without feeling too overwhelming, which was something I was worried about. This couch is pretty cool for the price. My boys wanted a couch they could turn into a bed for sleepovers for their hangout space. This does the job well. It's not too heavy, easy to move around and adjust. The straps on the side that the bar supports go into are OK, I am already worried they'll tear after too much movement, but I am hoping my boys heard me when I said not to move it by those.... The fabric is nice and soft. My only real complaint is how low the back cushions are. This is definitely not meant to be an adult couch unless you want to add your own back cushions. It goes to right above my low back. Cool for laying down, meh for sitting. Comfy though. The boys already had a sleepover and three kiddos slept across it without a problem. We're happy with it.
