Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. I received it and my son put it together. It is larger and better looking than what I expected. I have not had the plumber to install it yet, but is big enough to meet our needs I am sure. Also - buy thermostat plug!! $450 total with stand and plug. Thermostat works well enough and self regulates room temp. Should have gotten white or painting design - to hang on wall - but dont remember seeing that offered (saw white on manufacturer's website).
