Very sturdy and heavy. Arrived within several days of ordering, it took me about 5-10 minutes to put together and change the leaf of the table as it comes put together for the right side of the bed. However it is very easy to change it as all the holes are pre drilled. The table can go up and down easily and it does have wheels, unfortunately they do not roll easily on the carpet in our bedroom. I have used it twice now to work from, once in bed and once in my chair and I love it!
