It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. The tub is beautiful and I can't believe the price for a stone resin tub. I was quoted more for an acrylic tub, which would have cheapened the overall look of my bathroom remodel. It was perfectly crated and undamaged. It took 4 men huffing and puffing to haul it to my primary bath, but it was just installed and all is working well. A few things to note: it is thinner than I imagined it to be based on the weight, so I hope it doesn't mean it is more fragile in the long term. the matte will definitely get scuffs when installing, but it comes right out with the sander.. I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews). The main body of this free standing tub is made of acrylic thickening material and reinforced with resin and glass fiber. Our tub is not only has a distinctive design concept but also has more excellent production technology than peers. It has strong load-bearing capacity, easy to clean, perfect thermal insulation function and excellent heat preservation performance.

The bathtub is nice and arrived in good condition, but the website photos are misleading. They show a gold faucet with a brushed nickel drain and overflow, even though the faucet does not come with the tub. A Wayfair representative helped me place the order over the phone and was very helpful, but I wish he would have mentioned the color to remind me.
